Message from Hon’ble Chief Minister of Bihar, Shri Samrat Choudhary
Education plays a vital role in building a progressive society and shaping the future of the nation. In his message on the occasion of Teachers’ Day, Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Samrat Choudhary emphasized the important contribution of teachers in nation-building and called upon them to help develop the next generation with knowledge, scientific outlook, patriotism, fraternity and a sense of responsibility.

The Chief Minister has also stressed the importance of quality and student-centred education. The State Government has announced measures aimed at strengthening school education, expanding higher-education opportunities and improving the learning environment for students. These include a plan for the appointment of 1 lakh teachers over five years and initiatives to expand degree-level education in blocks without degree colleges.
He has further highlighted the importance of modernising education through technology and Artificial Intelligence, improving assessment systems, expanding model schools and strengthening opportunities for students to access quality education within Bihar.
